Victoria Minani is a talented jewellery artisan who brings magic using aluminium, silver and wax. Constantly excited by new ideas, Victoria’s appreciation for the beauty of life can be seen in all her Judy Jewellery creations.
She began her craftsmanship journey humbly, by learning beading through an audio CD class. Over time, she refined her skills through community courses and adult learning programs, expanding her repertoire to include metalwork.
Originating from a refugee camp in Southern Tanzania, Victoria and her husband arrived in Melbourne in 2007, excited at the prospect of a new life. As a devoted mother of five, she was determined to contribute to her family's income. Victoria became part of the Sisterworks family in 2017, where she was embraced with open arms. Here, she received invaluable guidance from dedicated volunteers, helping her connect with material suppliers, acquire fresh skills, and explore innovative ideas.
As she continues to experiment with resin to craft stunning earrings and bracelets, she eagerly anticipates the exciting creative possibilities that lie ahead in her artistic journey.
