Petronia Nzirubusa, Burundi
Petronia is a remarkable artisan who specialises in crafting gorgeous handmade earrings inspired by her Burundi heritage, and digital textile printmaking used for purses and coasters. She is also the creative powerhouse behind several products here at Sisterworks, with her beautiful design gracing the eco-conscious SisterWorks Bamboo Coffee Cup and our official Sisterworks Mother's Day Hamper.
Hailing from Burundi, Petronia started her SisterWorks journey in 2013. She has since attended several courses at Sisterworks, notably graduating from the intermediate clothing design & sewing class, and has launched her brand Petronia.
You can't help but be captivated by Petronia's eye-catching and vibrant designs, each one inspired African origin. Petronia's commitment to craftsmanship is evident, as she continuously refines her techniques and expands her creative horizons.
