Meet Rajula: An Artistic Journey Across Continents
Rajula's artistic journey began in India, spanning through New Zealand to Australia over a decade. Driven by a pursuit of better opportunities, she embraced challenges and adapted with the support of fellow Indians.
With a passion for creativity instilled by her father's influence and a Fine Arts background, Rajula delved into jewelry in Australia, birthing AdornArtwear. For five years, she has hand-painted beads and pendants, stringing them into necklaces to convey individual stories.
Since 2017 SisterWorks has played a vital role in empowering Rajula through workshops and the Small Business Empowerment Programme. Her dream is to establish a timeless jewelry brand, a tribute to her supporters. From humble beginnings, Rajula remains grateful for the community's backing, humbly acknowledging that "There's still a long way to go."
Guided by this mantra, she transforms jewelry into wearable art, each piece reflecting dedication and an enduring artistic spirit.
