Manaka journeyed from Japan to Australia at the mere age of 9. Armed with a degree in Applied Science, she found her calling here. Starting as a Food Production Assistant, she's now our Production Manager, her first role aligned with her degree.
Manaka's science background is instrumental in developing SisterWorks' products, from candles to food items, ensuring top-notch quality and safety.
But her impact goes beyond production. She mentors and guides Sisters, providing them with valuable workplace experience. In her own business 'Mana,' she crafts origami jewelry, handmade earrings, and artwork, crediting SisterWorks for her entrepreneurial growth.
In Manaka's words, "SisterWorks is where I truly belong. It's a place where I can be myself, learn, experience different cultures, and support Sisters with joy."
